You agree not to use the links or urls of successyear.com in any UCE (Unsolicited Emails) or SPAM and agree that if you are caught doing so that your site will be terminated and your system turned off and you will not receive a refund of any kind for your subscription fees or lead purchases made within the system. You may also be charged a cleaning fee of $2500 and reported to the authorities if your activities cause us harm, which we also reserve the right to take criminal and civil action against you. You agree to be honest and obey the law in your business dealings and not to misrepresent successyear.com in any fashion. You also agree that you are 18 years or older.

You agree and understand that the successyear.com website is a system, is provided AS-IS, and that no warranties are given of its functionality or performance. You also agree and accept that no warranties or guarantees are given or implied of its availability and performance and that its uptime is not a guarantee.

You agree not to make false claims, make income claims or any product heath claims. You also agree to not copy, reverse engineer, or in any fashion or manner try to reproduce any material, code, functionality or features of the site or system. You also agree not to attempt any illegal activities of hacking, cracking, or network intrusions. You agree not to falsify your information. You agree and understand that you don’t own or have any rights to any or parts of the site, system, copyrights or trademarks.

You agree that your information you provide on this application is true and correct. You are above the age of 18 years old and have fully understood and read these terms and conditions. You also agree and understand that if Dynamic Prospecting, LLC was to terminate its relationship with successyear.com that you cannot request a refund for any payments made to Dynamic Prospecting, LLC or Automated Prospecting, LLC. Except for undelivered leads that you ordered via the system.
